Season 3 Episode 8: Music, The Emotional Regulator

Music is so powerful it can do so many things for us including inspire, move, heal, and even relieve pain. I love how it can help us to release emotions and in turn regulate emotions as it helps us to process them or simply feel them. We talk about the power of a sad song to relieve pain and I share some sad songs that I love and that help me. Music is the best!!
